About the Service
Sky Blue Radio is a free, non-profit, volunteer-run internet radio station for the flight simulation and aviation community. We provide music, talk shows, news, events and community features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change or be unavailable from time to time.
Acceptable use
When using the Service — and our live chat in particular — you agree not to:
- post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene content;
- spam, advertise without permission, or impersonate others;
- attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
We may remove content and restrict or remove access at our discretion to keep the community safe.
Accounts
DJ and advertiser accounts are provided to specific people by arrangement. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
Advertising
Advertising bookings are made by agreement with our team and are subject to payment of the applicable fees. We may decline or remove any advertisement that is unlawful, misleading or unsuitable for our audience. Advertisers are responsible for the content and rights to the creative they supply.
Intellectual property
The site, branding and original content are owned by Sky Blue Radio or its licensors. Music is broadcast under the relevant licensing arrangements. By submitting content (for example chat messages or advertiser creative) you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of running the Service.
Third-party content
We display some third-party information, such as VATSIM event listings and advertiser banners, and link to external sites. We're not responsible for third-party content or websites.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of any kind and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
